Package Compliance and French Translation
Canada Natural Health Products Labels must adhere to the Labelling and Packaging requirements as per the Natural Health Product Regulations sections 93, 94, 95 and 97. Natural Health Products are not legally allowed to be sold in Canada unless they meet these packaging regulations. Some requirements include NPN on principal display panel, Medicinal Ingredients Panel (tabular or linear), Directions of Use, Duration of Use (if applicable), Recommended Use or Purpose, Risk Information, License Holder details, Importer of Record details (if applicable).
All text, except trademarks, must be bilingual (English and French). Our package compliance solution ensures your packaging is compliant in both languages. Our French translator, based in Quebec, has over 25 years experience in the consumer packaging industry having worked with Canadian trade organizations in ensuring French language compliance.
If your designer is puzzled how to fit two languages onto a label, we offer a design label conversion solution whereby our graphic designer can convert your art file into a fully compliant, bilingual, print-ready art file while ensuring the product brand identity is preserved.
