Cosmetics sold in Canada require labelling that can only make cosmetic based claims. In addition, all ingredients are required to follow the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) format. As with all products sold in Canada, label must be bilingual, in both English and French.
Our cosmetic regulatory expert will ensure your label meets the requirements and scope of a cosmetic including correct nomenclature. As well, our French translator has 25 years experience in the consumer packaged goods sector having translated and reviewed thousands of labels.
