Founder





President and Founder of Quality Smart Solutions Inc., Andrew Parshad, has extensive research, quality assurance and regulatory compliance experience. His accomplishments include building the quality assurance programs of one of North America's largest sports nutrition companies, leading inter-laboratory validation studies, initiating change management in Canada's largest nutritional supplement distributor and diversifying his skill and talent in the financial institution sector assisting business lines in process improvement.

His roots were in research, having worked with Dr. Mark Tarnopolsky, world renowned researcher and physician in creatine metabolism. Andrew's accomplishments included co-authoring several publications and acknowledged for his technical expertise.

His academic achievements include an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management.

Today Andrew is devoted to building Quality Smart Solutions Inc. through partnerships and strategies that is making QSS an international leader in providing services to Natural Health Product and Over-the-Counter drug companies.

In the last five years Andrew built the quality assurance programs from ground up, for these
organizations. During his years there he developed cross functional processes, initiated validation programs
for testing products and created the foundation of a total quality management program as some of his
achievements. He was also instrumental in obtaining a site license at one of the companies.
Andrew also has 5 years experience in the research field having worked with world renowned leader in
creatine metabolism (often referred to as a "creatine guru") Dr. Mark Tarnopolsky. From his research
experience at McMaster Andrew was a co-author on several publications and also acknowledged for his
technical expertise.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) from McMaster University with a specialization in
Biology. He also has a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management.
